Our wholesale program is open to verified, licensed US-based businesses including:

  • Convenience stores and gas stations with valid vape/tobacco licensing
  • Regional distributors and wholesalers with state distribution licenses
  • Multi-location chains and franchise groups

Required for application: Valid business license, current state vape/tobacco license, resale certificate where applicable, shipping address in a legal state, and a business email address. Personal Gmail or Yahoo addresses will not be approved.

By submitting you certify that: (1) the business and license information provided is accurate and current, (2) you are at least 21 years of age, (3) you are an authorized representative of the named business, and (4) your business holds all required licenses to legally purchase and resell nicotine vape products in your jurisdiction. Wholesale FAQ

What licenses do I need to apply?
At minimum: a valid business license (state-issued) and a current vape/tobacco retail or distribution license. Most states also require a resale certificate or sales tax ID. We may also request PACT Act registration documentation depending on your business type and order volume.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Minimums vary by tier. Starter wholesale accounts typically begin at $500 minimum. Larger volume accounts unlock better unit pricing, full tier breakdown is shared after your application is approved and license verification is complete.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Larger or multi-location accounts may take 3–5 business days for full license verification. If we need additional documentation we will email you directly.
Do you ship to all US states?
No. We comply with all federal and state-level vape regulations. Shipments are restricted in states with active vape product bans. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of restricted states.
What happens if my license expires?
Wholesale accounts must maintain current licensing at all times. If your license expires your account is paused until updated documentation is provided. We typically reach out 30 days before known expiration dates to give you time to renew.
What payment methods do you accept?
Approved wholesale accounts can pay via ACH, wire transfer, or credit card. Net terms (Net 15 / Net 30) are available for established accounts after credit review.
