01 What Is Covered

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery (per tracking) if they fall under any of these:

• Manufacturer defects
• Dead on arrival (DOA) items
• Items that do not match their product description

Products damaged from misuse, neglect, or improper storage are not eligible.

02 Health & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

03 Return Shipping

• Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or the wrong product was sent.
• In eligible cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
• All return requests must be approved within 14 days of delivery.

04 How to Request a Return

Email support@vihovape.us with the following:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Phone Number
• Reason for Return (photos or videos may be required)

Once approved, our team will provide instructions to complete your return.

05 Processing & Resolution

• Confirmed defective items are replaced at no cost, subject to availability.
• If replacement is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
• Fully functional items may be returned to you or issued store credit at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
