No. The TRX 50K is a closed-system disposable vape pre-filled with 20mL of e-liquid. Refilling is not supported and will compromise coil performance, flavor quality, and device safety. When the e-liquid is depleted the device should be disposed of responsibly.

Use the quick-press toggle on the device to switch modes. The OLED display updates instantly to show which mode is active. You can switch at any time, the device tracks your cumulative puff count across both modes throughout the device's lifespan.

The 3D curved OLED display shows three real-time readouts after every draw: battery level, e-liquid level, and puff count. It also shows the active mode (Normal or Boost) and a charging indicator when the device is plugged in via USB-C.

A dark display usually means the battery is fully drained. Plug the device into a USB-C cable and let it charge for at least a few minutes, the display should activate once power is restored. If the display still does not turn on after 15 minutes of charging, contact Support@VihoVape.us.

A burnt taste means the coil is dry. The most common causes are a depleted e-liquid reservoir or chain-vaping too quickly for the coil to rewick. Check the e-liquid level on the display. If the tank still shows liquid, set the device down for 5–10 minutes to allow the coil to saturate. If the burnt taste persists after resting, contact Support@VihoVape.us.

No. The VIHO TRX 50K contains nicotine salt only. There is no THC, CBD, delta-8, delta-9, HHC, or any cannabis-derived compound in any VIHO TRX product. It is a standard 5% (50mg) nicotine salt formulation intended for adult vapers.

Mild warmth during charging is normal for any lithium-ion device. If the device becomes hot to the touch, charging seems unusually slow, or you notice any unusual smell, stop charging immediately, disconnect the cable, and contact Support@VihoVape.us. Do not continue using a device that runs abnormally hot.

Yes, any standard USB Type-C cable works. Use a quality cable from a known brand to avoid charging interruptions. Avoid damaged cables, cheap off-brand cables with unstable voltage output, or cables designed for high-wattage fast charging.
